Amba Enterprises Ltd has 25 power presses with capacity from 10-100MT and a slitting line. They also have 5 progressive, automatic stamping lines for producing high-quality, precision laminations with capacity from 50-200MT and an automatic cut-to-length line with a capacity of 400MM.
Shearing Machine
Shearing machines cut sheet metal and alloys into smaller pieces using force. They have two types: angular shear machines and straight shear machines. Angular shear machines use a scissor-like action and are used for cutting small pieces into sheets/strips. Straight shear machines use a straight shear action with a fixed blade angle and are for thicker/wider cuts. Both use hydraulic or mechanical systems for high-force cutting and may have safety features. Design depends on the materials and applications.
Tool Room
The company has its own tool room with modern CNC machines, including a drilling machine and surface grinders. These machines are used for various purposes in the manufacturing process and are typically computer-controlled for high precision and efficiency.
